I would like to start out by saying thank you Jasck for all of you hard work and dedication in helping my family in finding and purchasing a new home and selling our old home. Your help and guidance and opinions were greatly appreciated in all manners of the transactions. We were pleased in the speed of finding our new home and getting a contract signed, and getting a quick move in date; also the unbelievable two weeks on selling our old home from signing of the contract to closing.
Also, your network of people, from finance to home inspectors helped with the smooth and seamless time line to get us into the new house.

First you must know about me. I'm retired military with over 27 years. Jack Ragsdale never wasted one minute of my time. Time is life to me. His knowledge of the local communities and realty is great. I cannot recommend another realtor in the Tri cities. I'm new to Texas, Jack helped make my move from South Carolina to here much more comfortable and now just after 11 months a local move again has gone so well thanks to Jack. Jack is a god fearing man and I was so impressed with his work, him and his values.

Jack Ragsdale is a caring individual who puts the client first. Jack was a real help with assisting us with the purchase of our home. From coming over to our home to bring us a folder of homes we liked online and explaining in detail the whole home-buying experience. Jack also assisted us with a lender as well. Jack never quit. Jack is awesome!! My husband and I found our house and it happened to be on Easter Sunday. We sent jack an email and to our surprise the house was in a bidding war. On Easter Sunday Jack came to our house to help write a contract up. Putting a bid in and closing on this was such a smooth process thanks to his help!

We were looking to buy a new home and sell our existing home. We went through a few realtors who were only concerned in making their commission and not concerned about what we needed or what would fit our needs. Jack on the other hand worked hard for us and looked out for our best interest. He found homes that were in the parameters of what would work for us. We weren't wasting our time looking at homes that were not right for us. He is very knowledgeably about homes and if he saw something that wasn't right he would point it out and would make sure that it would get fixed. He advised us on negotiations and got us a better deal than we would have asked for. Other realtors we've dealt with seam to want you to pay as much as you can so their commission will be more. When we sold our house he worked equally as hard for us. Jack is a good honest man that will do everything he tells you he will do. He answers his phone or will get right back with you, something that is getting to be less and less common these days. He went above and beyond what other realtors have ever done for us. I wouldn't even think about using anyone else. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

Kept me informed on everything, and listened to us what was needed .Best I have ever seen. Spent over an hour introducing himself and going over how we are going to sell the house. He informed us all the things he was going to do and listing and etc. We had several offers on the very first day and boom....we sold it in 30 days.

Jack always has the best interest of his clients in mind. He will not push a property on you which is beyond your financial means. He is very responsiveness to your communication. He is very respectful on his interactions with you. His years of experience is clearly evidenced during the negotiations with the seller. While we were looking for a house, we had very specific needs and Jack was very good at finding a lot of homes which fit our criteria.

My experience with Jack during this home buying process was very enjoyable. Jack went way above and beyond to help us find and get a house during these competitive times. If it wasn't for Jack we would probably still be looking for a house along side all the rest of the buyers. I would and have recommended Jack to other buyers all ready.

Jack is first and foremost a man who puts his needs aside to better serve YOU. I experienced this first-hand. He goes beyond the scope of his responsibilities to make sure you understand the real estate market and all aspects involved to better serve you in the future. It's not very often I come across someone this reliable and trustworthy to where I feel completely at ease with a major transaction. Jack is old-school...and that's how I like it!

I highly recommend Jack for your next real estate purchase. He is extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable of the entire home buying process. His knowledge and patience allowed me to find a great home in the exact area I needed and he was even able to direct me to a mortgage lender that was just as kind and knowledgeable.
