Active Adult Community for Ages 55 Years Young & Up in Frisco, TX
Frisco Lakes in Frisco is a highly desirable active adult community for residents 55 years young and up. It is located on a beautiful 1000 acre tract, west of FM 423 and bordered on the west by Lake Lewisville. Many sites have water views. Adult children 19+ years of age can live permanently in the community. Children 18 years of age and younger can stay in the community up to 90 days. Community living is very active with activities for all taste. HOA dues are $105 per month plus a One-Time Capital contribution of $1,500.
Amenities include a Fitness Gym, indoor walking track, outdoor and indoor salt-water pool, tennis courts, miles of walking and biking trails, and community kitchen and party rooms for resident rental. Daily there is a full-time Activity Director on location for your help and convenience.
Frisco Lakes Golf Club is part of the community, with an 18 hole public golf course. As a resident of Frisco Lakes you will get preferred tee times and discounted green fees.
Great facilities are close by including restaurants, shopping, Hospitals, medical facilities, entertainment, etc. Dallas North Toll-Road and Hwy 121 are only blocks away with easy access to DFW Airport, Dallas Love Field, Down Town Dallas, Down Town Fort Worth, Cowboy Stadium, Texas Ranger Stadium, Texas Speedway, Six Flags, Reunion Arena, etc. Frisco is unusual in that 62% of the city is on the Collin County side and 38% is in Denton County.
